Three ways: a visitor submits your contact form, a customer places a product order, or a client books an appointment. All three automatically create or update a contact record.
What information is stored per contact?
Name, email address, phone number (if provided), the source (form submission, order, or booking), and the date they were added.
Does this replace my email marketing tool?
