Terms of Service

By accessing or using Leenkies, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Leenkies on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify Leenkies of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Leenkies offers a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. During the trial period, you will have access to all Pro features without charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

• At the end of the trial period, if you have added a payment method, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. If no payment method is on file, your subscription will be cancelled.
• We may modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without prior notice.
• Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person or entity.

Leenkies offers a "Pro" subscription plan. By selecting the Pro plan, you agree to pay Leenkies the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

Refunds:Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or at Leenkies's sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Leenkies charges 0% platform fees on digital product sales. This means we do not take any cut of your earnings from products sold through the platform.

• Payment processing is handled through your connected payment provider account (e.g. Stripe, Paystack). Standard processing fees may apply as determined by your provider.
• Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes including VAT on their sales. Leenkies does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of sellers.

Leenkies allows you to sell digital products directly to your audience. As a seller, you are solely responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, and legality of the digital products you offer for sale.
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights and licenses to sell the content.
• Providing accurate descriptions and fulfilling customer expectations.
• Handling customer inquiries and disputes related to your products.

Sellers connect their own Stripe accounts and are the merchant of record for their own sales. Leenkies facilitates payment processing but is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers.

For EU consumers purchasing digital products, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon the buyer's explicit consent to immediate digital delivery at the point of purchase.

Leenkies is not responsible for disputes between sellers and buyers. We reserve the right to remove any products that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Leenkies integrates with Google Calendar to enable appointment booking. When you enable this feature:

• You authorize Leenkies to access your Google Calendar to display availability and create calendar events.
• You are responsible for managing your availability and honoring booked appointments.
• Cancellation policies are your responsibility to communicate to clients.
• For virtual meetings, Google Meet links are auto-generated and sent to both parties.

Leenkies is not responsible for no-shows, cancellations, or disputes arising from booked appointments.

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and information that you upload, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). Leenkies does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Leenkies, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license allows us to host your page and make it accessible to your audience.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or distribute any content that:

To report content that violates these Terms, please contact us at [email protected]. We review all reports and will take appropriate action.

If you believe content on Leenkies infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the platform.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will respond promptly to valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate.

Leenkies integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms of service:

• Stripe: Payment processing is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
• Google: Calendar and Meet integrations are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Customer.io: Email communications are subject to Customer.io Terms of Service.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery is subject to Resend Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics: Platform usage analytics (with your consent) are subject to the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

User-Enabled Tracking

You may connect third-party analytics and advertising services to your Leenkies pages, including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and TikTok Pixel. When you enable these services, third-party tracking scripts are loaded on your public pages and may collect data about your visitors, including IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, and browsing behavior.

You are the data controller for any data collected through tracking services you enable. Leenkies automatically manages visitor consent on your behalf — in jurisdictions where consent is required (including GDPR and ePrivacy regions), tracking scripts are blocked by default and only activated after your visitor grants consent via the Leenkies consent banner. By enabling these services, you acknowledge that: (a) you have a legitimate business purpose for tracking visitor activity; and (b) you are responsible for how you use the data collected by these third-party services outside of Leenkies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leenkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leenkies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another party;
• Your digital product sales or appointment bookings.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the settings dashboard.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with a description of your concern. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within 30 days.

Governing law will be updated upon formal incorporation of the business. Until that time, any disputes will be handled in good faith through the informal dispute resolution process described above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leenkies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
