Terms of Service

By accessing or using Leenkies, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Leenkies on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify Leenkies of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Leenkies has a free plan with no time limit. It doesn't need a payment method. Selling digital products, taking bookings, and managing projects and invoices are part of our paid Pro plan. We may change the features included in each plan from time to time.

When you sign up, you can choose a 14-day free trial of Pro instead. During the trial period, you will have access to all Pro features without charge. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

• At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• If your trial ends without an active subscription, your access to Pro features ends. We keep your account and your content, and we won't delete them. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account settings.
• The free trial is only offered at sign-up. Upgrading from the free plan doesn't include a trial.
• We may modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without prior notice.
• Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person or entity.

Leenkies offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" subscription plan. By selecting the Pro plan, you agree to pay Leenkies the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

• Changing plans: If a change means you pay more, such as upgrading from the free plan, it takes effect straight away. We charge the new price, less a credit for any unused time on your previous plan, and your new billing period starts that day. If a change means you pay less, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. During a free trial, a change takes effect straight away and you aren't charged until the trial ends.
• Canceling Pro: You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your page stays online, but features that need Pro, such as selling and bookings, stop.

Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or at Leenkies's sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Selling is part of the Pro plan. Leenkies charges 0% platform fees on digital product sales. This means we don't take any cut of your earnings from products sold through the platform.

• Payment processing is handled through your connected payment provider account (e.g. Stripe, Paystack). Standard processing fees may apply as determined by your provider.
• Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes including VAT on their sales. Leenkies does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of sellers.

Leenkies allows you to sell digital products directly to your audience. As a seller, you are solely responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, and legality of the digital products you offer for sale.
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights and licenses to sell the content.
• Providing accurate descriptions and fulfilling customer expectations.
• Handling customer inquiries and disputes related to your products.

Sellers connect their own Stripe or Paystack accounts and are the merchant of record for their own sales. Leenkies facilitates payment processing but is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers.

For EU consumers purchasing digital products, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon the buyer's explicit consent to immediate digital delivery at the point of purchase.

Leenkies is not responsible for disputes between sellers and buyers. We reserve the right to remove any products that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Leenkies integrates with Google Calendar to enable appointment booking. When you enable this feature:

• You authorize Leenkies to access your Google Calendar to display availability and create calendar events.
• You are responsible for managing your availability and honoring booked appointments.
• Cancellation policies are your responsibility to communicate to clients.
• For virtual meetings, Google Meet links are auto-generated and sent to both parties.

Leenkies is not responsible for no-shows, cancellations, or disputes arising from booked appointments.

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and information that you upload, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). Leenkies does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Leenkies, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license allows us to host your page and make it accessible to your audience.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or distribute any content that:

Prohibited Products & Services

You may not use Leenkies to offer, advertise, or sell any of the following, regardless of how the product or service is described:

• Stolen, fraudulent, or misappropriated identity documents, government-issued IDs, passports, social security numbers, tax forms, or any personal data belonging to another person.
• Identity verification bypass services, including any tool, method, or service that circumvents liveness checks, KYC processes, biometric verification, or account verification requirements on any platform.
• Pre-made, purchased, transferred, or otherwise fraudulently obtained accounts on third-party platforms, or any service that facilitates the unauthorized sale or transfer of such accounts.
• Exam or assessment answers, certification cheats, or any other product that helps someone dishonestly complete a qualification, onboarding, or hiring process on any third-party platform.
• Services that assist in reactivating, recovering, or reinstating accounts that have been suspended or terminated by a third-party platform for policy violations.
• Any service that enables impersonation, false representation of identity, or obtaining work, income, or access under false pretenses.

If you believe content on Leenkies infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the platform.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will respond promptly to valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate.

Leenkies integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms of service:

• Stripe: Payment processing is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
• Google: Calendar and Meet integrations are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Resend: Email communications are subject to Resend Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics: Platform usage analytics (with your consent) are subject to the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

User-Enabled Tracking

You may connect third-party analytics and advertising services to your Leenkies pages, including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and TikTok Pixel. When you enable these services, third-party tracking scripts are loaded on your public pages and may collect data about your visitors, including IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, and browsing behavior.

You are the data controller for any data collected through tracking services you enable. Leenkies automatically manages visitor consent on your behalf — in jurisdictions where consent is required (including GDPR and ePrivacy regions), tracking scripts are blocked by default and only activated after your visitor grants consent via the Leenkies consent banner. By enabling these services, you acknowledge that: (a) you have a legitimate business purpose for tracking visitor activity; and (b) you are responsible for how you use the data collected by these third-party services outside of Leenkies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leenkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leenkies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another party;
• Your digital product sales or appointment bookings.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Deleting your account: You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your account settings. We'll email you an export of your account details, contacts, short links, products, booking types, clients, projects and invoices straight away, then delete your account on or shortly after 14 days. You can sign in and cancel any time before then. After that, here's what happens:

• No paid sales or bookings: We'll permanently delete your account and everything in it.
• You've had paid sales or bookings: We'll remove your email address, username and profile photo and lock your account, but we'll keep your sales and booking records, with your name on them, for at least 7 years to meet our tax obligations. Your customers can still use the download links they were sent until those links expire.

Once we've deleted your account, we can't bring it back. Your login goes with it and you lose access to your sales history. The export we email you doesn't include your orders or bookings, so look through them in your dashboard before then if you need them. If you have questions before then, reach us at [email protected].

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with a description of your concern. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where LEENKIES LIMITED is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute we can't resolve informally through the process described above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leenkies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
