Account Settings & Preferences

Manage your personal information, login credentials, timezone, currency, and integrations. Keeping these up to date ensures your pages display correctly, appointments use the right timezone, and products are priced in the right currency.

Account Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar. The page is organized into tabs -- Account, Business Profile (requires active subscription), and Integrations (requires active subscription). The Account tab is selected by default and contains your personal information and login credentials.

Name

Your display name appears on public pages and in emails. Edit the Name field to update it -- changes take effect immediately.

Email

Used for login (with email/password auth), order notifications, appointment confirmations, and system communications. Edit the Email field to update it. Make sure you have access to the new address, as notifications will go there.

Username

Your username determines your public URL (leenkies.com/johndoe). Edit the Username field to change it.

Important: Changing your username changes your public URL. Your old URL will stop working, so update your social media bios, email signatures, business cards, and anywhere else it appears.

Password

• Email/password signup -- Change your password anytime via the Password field.

• Google OAuth signup -- You may not have a password set. Use the Password field to add one for email/password login alongside Google. Setting a password doesn't affect Google login.

Preferences

Timezone

Your timezone affects:

• Availability and appointments -- Available hours are interpreted in your timezone, and visitors see time slots converted accordingly.

• Analytics -- Day boundaries for daily data aggregation, so "today" matches your local date.

• Order and booking timestamps -- Times shown in your configured timezone.

Select from the Timezone dropdown (all standard IANA timezones).

Currency

The default currency for pricing your digital products. Leenkies supports 11 currencies -- choose the one your target audience is most familiar with.

Select from the Currency dropdown. This affects how prices display on product pages and in checkout.

Integrations

Click the Integrations tab to see the connection status of your third-party services:

• Payment Providers -- Accept payments for products and appointments. See Connecting Payments.
• Google Calendar -- Sync appointment bookings. See Connecting Google Calendar.
