Managing Your Subscription

View your plan, manage billing, cancel, or resubscribe to your Leenkies subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

Your Leenkies subscription gives you access to all the features you need to build your online presence. The Billing section of your account is your central hub for managing everything related to your plan -- viewing your current subscription details, understanding your trial status, cancelling your subscription, resubscribing after a cancellation, and switching between billing intervals. This guide walks you through each of these actions in detail.

Navigating to Billing

To access your subscription management:

  1. From your dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar navigation.
  2. The Billing page loads, showing your current plan details at the top along with your billing history below.

Your Current Plan

The plan card at the top of the Billing page displays all the essential details about your active subscription:

  • Plan name -- The name of your current Leenkies plan.
  • Price -- The amount you are charged per billing cycle.
  • Billing interval -- Whether you are billed monthly or yearly.
  • Renewal date -- The date your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing cycle.

This information is always up to date and reflects the current state of your subscription, including any pending changes such as a scheduled cancellation or interval switch.

Trial Status

If you are currently on a free trial, the Billing page clearly displays your trial information:

  • Days remaining -- The number of days left in your trial period, giving you a clear countdown so you are never caught off guard.
  • Trial expiry date -- The exact date your trial ends.

During your trial, you have full access to all Leenkies features. When the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged based on the billing interval you selected when you signed up.

Pro Tip: Take full advantage of your trial period to explore every feature -- build your pages, set up products, configure booking types, and test the analytics dashboard. This way, you can make an informed decision about whether Leenkies is right for you before your first charge.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your Leenkies subscription, you can do so directly from the Billing page:

  1. On the Billing page, find the Cancel Subscription option within your plan card.
  2. Click Cancel. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

Cancellation does not take effect immediately. Here is how it works:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on January 15th and your renewal date is February 1st, you retain full access to all features until February 1st.
  • You will not be charged again. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made to your payment method.
  • After your billing period ends, you will lose access to paid features. Your pages will no longer be publicly accessible, and dashboard features will be restricted.

This grace period ensures that you always get the full value of the time you have already paid for. You are never cut off mid-cycle.

Pro Tip: Before cancelling, make sure to export any data you want to keep. Download your analytics data, export your contacts, and save copies of your invoices. While your data is preserved in case you resubscribe, having your own backups is always a smart practice.

Resubscribing After Cancellation

If you change your mind after cancelling, or if you return to Leenkies after some time away, you can resubscribe at any time:

  1. Navigate to the Billing page.
  2. Click the Resubscribe or Resume Subscription option.
  3. Confirm your choice and complete the payment process if needed.

Your Data Is Preserved

One of the most important things to know about cancellation and resubscription is that your data is preserved. When you resubscribe:

  • All of your pages, blocks, and content are exactly as you left them.
  • Your products, orders, and booking history remain intact.
  • Your contacts and CRM data are fully preserved.
  • Your analytics history is still available.
  • Your theme and customizations are unchanged.

You do not need to rebuild anything from scratch. Resubscribing picks up right where you left off, making it easy to take a break and come back whenever you are ready.

Switching Billing Interval

Leenkies offers both monthly and yearly billing options. You can switch between them at any time:

  1. On the Billing page, look for the option to change your billing interval or switch plan.
  2. Select either Monthly or Yearly depending on your preference.
  3. Confirm the change.

How Interval Switching Works

  • Monthly to Yearly -- Switching to yearly billing typically offers a discount compared to paying month by month. When you switch, the change takes effect at your next renewal date. You will be charged the yearly rate at that time.

  • Yearly to Monthly -- If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current yearly billing period. You will not be charged monthly until your annual term concludes.

In both cases, you never lose access during the transition. The switch is seamless and happens automatically at the appropriate billing boundary.

Pro Tip: If you are confident that Leenkies is the right tool for you, switching to yearly billing can save you a meaningful amount over the course of the year. Check the Billing page to see the exact savings available on the yearly plan.
