Managing Your Subscription

View your plan, manage billing, cancel, or resubscribe to your Leenkies subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

The Billing section is your central hub for everything plan-related -- subscription details, trial status, cancellation, resubscription, and billing interval changes.

Your Current Plan

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Billing from the dropdown menu. The plan card at the top shows your active subscription details:

  • Plan name -- Your current Leenkies plan.
  • Price -- Amount charged per billing cycle.
  • Billing interval -- Monthly or yearly.
  • Renewal date -- When your subscription auto-renews.

This always reflects the current state, including pending changes like a scheduled cancellation or interval switch.

Trial Status

If you're on a free trial, the Billing page shows:

  • Days remaining -- Countdown of days left in your trial.
  • Trial expiry date -- The exact date your trial ends.

During your trial, you have full access to all features. When it ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan based on the billing interval you chose at signup.

Pro Tip: Use your trial to explore everything -- build pages, set up products, configure booking types, and test analytics. Make an informed decision before your first charge.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. On the Billing page, find Cancel Subscription in your plan card.
  2. Click Cancel and confirm your decision.

What Happens After Cancellation

Cancellation doesn't take effect immediately:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. Cancel on January 15th with a February 1st renewal? You keep full access until February 1st.
  • You won't be charged again.
  • After your billing period ends, you'll lose access to paid features. Pages won't be publicly accessible, and dashboard features will be restricted.

You're never cut off mid-cycle.

Pro Tip: Before cancelling, export any data you want to keep -- analytics, contacts, and invoices. Your data is preserved if you resubscribe, but having your own backups is always smart.

Resubscribing After Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time:

  1. Open the Billing page (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Billing).
  2. Click Resubscribe or Resume Subscription.
  3. Confirm and complete payment if needed.

Your Data Is Preserved

All your data is preserved when you resubscribe:

  • Pages, blocks, and content are exactly as you left them.
  • Products, orders, and booking history remain intact.
  • Contacts and CRM data are fully preserved.
  • Analytics history is still available.
  • Theme and customizations are unchanged.

No need to rebuild anything -- you pick up right where you left off.

Switching Billing Interval

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time:

  1. On the Billing page, find the option to change your billing interval or switch plan.
  2. Select Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Confirm the change.

How Interval Switching Works

  • Monthly to Yearly -- Typically offers a discount. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.

  • Yearly to Monthly -- Takes effect at the end of your current yearly period. You won't be charged monthly until your annual term concludes.

You never lose access during the transition -- the switch happens automatically at the appropriate billing boundary.

Pro Tip: Confident Leenkies is right for you? Yearly billing can save you a meaningful amount. Check the Billing page to see exact savings.
