Managing Your Products

View, edit, activate, deactivate, and delete your digital products.

Managing Your Products

The Products page is your central hub for viewing, editing, and controlling all your digital products.

The Products List View

The layout adapts to your device:

Desktop View

On desktop, products appear in a table with columns for:

  • Product image -- Thumbnail for quick visual identification.
  • Product name -- Clickable to open the edit view.
  • Price -- Current price (and sale price if applicable) in the configured currency.
  • Status -- Active or Inactive badge.
  • Type -- Digital Good or Digital Service.
  • Actions -- Quick buttons for edit, activate/deactivate, and delete.

Mobile View

On mobile, products display as cards stacked vertically -- showing the image, name, price, status, and type in a compact, touch-friendly layout. Tap a card to edit, or use the card's menu for other actions.

Editing Products

  1. Navigate to the Products page from the sidebar.
  2. Click the product name (desktop) or tap the card (mobile) to open the editor.
  3. Make your changes to any field -- name, summary, description, images, pricing, fulfillment, or product type.

Changes take effect immediately on your published pages.

What you can edit:

  • Name, summary, and description -- Update your copy anytime for seasonal messaging, A/B testing, or adding new details.
  • Images -- Add, remove, or reorder. The first image is always the main product card image.
  • Pricing -- Change price, toggle sale pricing, adjust the sale price, or switch currencies. Price changes apply to future purchases only -- existing orders keep their original price.
  • Fulfillment settings -- Update the downloadable file, change the external link, modify custom form fields, or adjust download limits.
  • Product type -- Switch between Digital Good and Digital Service if your fulfillment model changes.

Pro Tip: If you update the downloadable file for a Digital Good, new buyers get the updated file. Existing buyers still have access to the version available at the time of their purchase.

Activating and Deactivating Products

Active Status

An Active product is visible on any page where it's been added to a Products block. Visitors can view details and purchase. This is the default for new products.

Inactive Status

An Inactive product is hidden from visitors on all pages, even if it's in a Products block. It still exists in your account with all its settings, orders, and data intact -- it's just not publicly visible.

How to Toggle Status

  1. From the Products list, find the product you want to change.
  2. Click Activate or Deactivate.
  3. The change takes effect immediately.

When to deactivate:

  • Seasonal products -- Hide off-season products without deleting them.
  • Product updates -- Hide while making significant changes to content, pricing, or images.
  • Capacity reached -- For Digital Services with limited capacity, prevent new orders while you fulfill existing ones.
  • Testing -- Control exactly when a new product becomes visible.

Deleting Products

  1. From the Products list, find the product to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm in the dialog.

Important considerations:

  • Deletion is permanent. The product and its configuration can't be recovered. If you might want it back later, deactivate instead.
  • Existing orders are preserved. Buyers who already purchased can still access their downloads. Order records aren't affected.
  • Products blocks update automatically. The deleted product is removed from any Products block -- no manual page updates needed.
