Managing Your Contacts
Your Leenkies Contacts page is a lightweight CRM that collects everyone who's interacted with your business -- whether they submitted a form, purchased a product, or booked an appointment. From here you can find, review, update, or remove any contact.
Contacts List View
Open Contacts from the sidebar. Each contact appears as a row showing:
The Contacts page showing the list of contacts with names, emails, sources, and dates
- Name -- The contact's full name.
- Email -- Their email address.
- Phone -- Their phone number, if provided.
- Source -- How they were added: contact form, product order, or appointment booking.
- Date -- When the contact was first created.
Searching Contacts
Use the search bar at the top to find contacts quickly. You can search by:
- Name -- Handy when you remember the person but don't have their email.
- Email -- The most precise method since email addresses are unique.
- Phone -- Find contacts who provided their phone number.
Results filter in real time as you type.

Pro Tip: If a customer emails you about a previous interaction, paste their email into the Contacts search bar. You'll instantly see their full record, including how they found you and when they first engaged.
Viewing Contact Details
Click any contact to view their full details:
- Name -- Full name.
- Email -- Email address.
- Phone -- Phone number (if provided).
- Source -- The channel through which they were first added.
- Date created -- When they first interacted with your page.
Editing Contacts
To update a contact's information:
- Click the contact to open their detail view.
- Click Edit.
- Modify the fields you want -- name, email, or phone number.
Changes save immediately and are reflected everywhere that contact appears.
Pro Tip: If a customer tells you they've got a new email address, update it right away. This ensures future interactions from their new email are linked to their existing profile instead of creating a duplicate.
Deleting Contacts
To remove a contact:
- Find the contact using the list or search bar.
- Click on them to open their detail view.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Past orders and appointments tied to that contact aren't affected -- those records remain independently.
Use deletion sparingly. Common reasons include removing test entries, cleaning up spam, or complying with a data removal request.
Pagination
As your list grows, the Contacts page uses pagination to keep things fast. Navigation controls at the bottom let you move between pages.
Contacts are sorted newest-first, so your latest leads always appear on the first page.
