Links Block

Add clickable links to your page with 5 visual styles and flexible layout options.

Links Block

The Links block is the heart of any link-in-bio page. It lets you add a collection of clickable links, each with a title and destination URL, displayed in one of five distinct visual styles. Whether you are pointing visitors to your latest YouTube video, a blog post, a product page, or an external resource, the Links block is the primary way to direct traffic from your Leenkies page to anywhere on the web.

Adding the Links block

The Links block is found in the Content category of the block palette. Drag it onto the canvas or click an add-block divider and select "Links" from the modal. Once added, click on the block in the canvas to open its settings panel.

Creating links

Each link in the block has the following fields:

  • Title -- The display text visitors will see on the link card. Keep titles short and descriptive so visitors know exactly where the link leads before clicking.
  • Destination URL -- The full URL the link points to (for example, https://youtube.com/your-channel). This must be a valid web address.

To create your first link, fill in the title and URL fields that appear by default. To add more links, click the "Add New Link" button at the bottom of the links list. There is no limit to the number of links you can add.

Reordering links

Within the Links block, each link entry has a drag handle (grip icon) on its left side. Click and hold the handle, then drag the link up or down to change its position in the list. The order in the settings panel matches the order on your published page, so the first link in the list appears first to visitors.

The 5 visual styles

The Appearance section of the Links block settings lets you choose from five distinct visual styles. Each style changes how your links are rendered on the page while keeping the same underlying content:

Card

The Card style displays each link inside a bordered card container with a subtle background. This is the most structured style and works well when you have a mix of links and want each one to feel like a distinct, tappable element. Cards include space for optional thumbnails and feel polished and organized.

Solid

The Solid style renders each link as a filled button with a solid background color that matches your theme. This style is bold and attention-grabbing, making it ideal when you want your links to stand out prominently against the page background. Each link feels like a clear call to action.

Glow

The Glow style adds a subtle luminous effect around each link, giving them a modern, eye-catching appearance. This style works particularly well with darker themes where the glow effect can really shine. It strikes a balance between the subtlety of Minimal and the boldness of Solid.

Minimal

The Minimal style strips away most visual decoration, displaying links as clean text rows with simple separator lines. This is the most understated style and works best when you want your links to feel like a simple, scannable list rather than prominent buttons. It is perfect for pages with many links where visual noise should be kept to a minimum.

Split

The Split style divides each link into two visual sections -- typically with the title on one side and an arrow or action indicator on the other. This layout gives a modern, editorial feel and works well when you want to emphasize the navigational nature of each link. It is especially effective with shorter link titles.

Heading options

Like most blocks, the Links block includes an optional Heading section where you can add a title (such as "My Links" or "Quick Links") and choose a heading style. The heading appears above your links. If you do not need a heading, set the heading style to "None" and it will be hidden.

Tips for effective link blocks

Pro Tip: Put your most important or time-sensitive links at the top of the list. Visitors are most likely to click the first few links they see, so lead with your highest-priority content -- a new video, a sale, or a current campaign.

Pro Tip: Use descriptive titles that tell visitors what to expect. Instead of "Click Here," write "Watch My Latest YouTube Video" or "Shop the Spring Collection." Specific titles build trust and increase click-through rates.

Pro Tip: Experiment with different styles to match your brand personality. The Card style works well for professional or business-oriented pages, while Glow is great for creators and artists who want a more dynamic feel. You can always switch styles later without losing your link content.
