FAQ & Testimonials Blocks
The FAQ block handles common questions and the Testimonials block showcases customer reviews. Together, they build trust and reduce friction.
FAQ block
The FAQ block displays questions and answers in an accordion format -- each question is a clickable header that expands to reveal the answer. This keeps your page tidy while making detailed information accessible on demand.
How it works
Find it in the Content category. Once added, click to open its settings.
Each FAQ item has:
- Question -- The clickable header text. Write in a natural, conversational tone using phrasing your audience would use.
- Answer -- The text that appears when expanded. Be clear and concise, but don't shy away from thorough answers.
Fill in the default fields, then click "Add New FAQ" for more pairs. Reorder items by dragging their grip handles -- put the most important questions at the top.

Use cases
- Service FAQs -- Pricing, turnaround time, what's included, cancellation policies.
- Product FAQs -- File formats, licensing, refund policies, digital delivery.
- Booking FAQs -- What to expect during a consultation, how to prepare, post-call next steps.
- General FAQs -- Who you are, what you do, how to get in touch.
This block includes the standard heading options.
Pro Tip: Keep answers concise but complete. If an answer needs more than a few sentences, link to a separate resource for full details.
Testimonials block
The Testimonials block displays customer quotes, reviews, or endorsements. Social proof is one of the most powerful trust-builders, and this block makes it easy to showcase.
How it works
Find it in the Content category. Each testimonial has:
- Name -- The reviewer's name.
- Company -- Their company or role (e.g., "CEO at Acme Corp"). Optional but adds credibility.
- Review -- The testimonial text. Soft limit of 200 characters to encourage concise, impactful quotes.
Click "Add New Review" for more. Three to six testimonials typically provide strong social proof without feeling repetitive. Reorder by dragging grip handles.

Layout options
Grid layout
Arranges testimonials in a responsive grid -- 1 column (stacked vertically) or 2 columns (side by side). Ideal when you have fewer testimonials and want each fully visible.
Carousel layout
Displays testimonials in a horizontal slider. Two additional options appear:
- Show Navigation Arrows -- Left/right arrow buttons for browsing.
- Show Dots -- Pagination dots indicating position and count.
The carousel keeps the page compact while showcasing all your testimonials.

Appearance styles
- Soft -- Bordered cards with a subtle background.
- Editorial -- Bold, filled cards with solid theme color.
- Glass -- Luminous effect around each testimonial -- modern and eye-catching.
- List -- Clean, minimal rows with simple separators.
- Boutique -- Split layout with a refined, editorial feel.
This block includes the standard heading options.
Pro Tip: Lead with your strongest testimonials. In grid mode, three testimonials in a two-column grid creates a balanced layout. In carousel mode, your most compelling quote appears first on page load.
